333ek Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the 333ek platform. By registering an account, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms.

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a binding legal agreement between 333ek and the user ("you"). By accessing the 333ek platform or opening an account, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out below. For users aged 21 and above only.
Introduction & Consent
333ek is an online betting and gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. In this agreement, "platform" refers to the 333ek website, applications, games, payment systems, and all related services.
If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform. 333ek reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
Eligibility & Account Registration
Eligibility Requirements
To open an account at 333ek, you must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Must be a legal resident or citizen of Bangladesh
- Must be of sound mind and opening an account voluntarily
- Must not be located in any country or region where online gaming is prohibited
- Must not have been previously banned or suspended from 333ek
Account Responsibilities
Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
- You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential
- You may not allow third parties to use your account
- All information provided on the account must be true and accurate
- If any information changes, you must notify 333ek promptly
Identity Verification (KYC)
333ek may request documents for identity verification at any time. This may include copies of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. 333ek reserves the right to hold withdrawals if the verification process has not been completed. If submitted documents are found to be false or forged, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
333ek currently supports three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200
- The account number used for deposits must match the registered account
- Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited
- 333ek does not charge any additional fee on deposit amounts
- The mobile payment provider's own fees may apply
Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours
- Withdrawal requests may only be made to a registered payment method
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed
- Withdrawals may be held for investigation if unusual activity is suspected
Bonus & Promotion Policy
Welcome Bonus
The 333ek welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount.
- Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
- Example: ৳6,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳11,000
- Wagering example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus must be used within a specified validity period
- Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless stated otherwise
- Bonuses are only eligible for use in real-money betting
- 333ek reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled

Fair Play
All games on 333ek are unbiased and verified. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is free from any external influence.
Prohibited Activities
Any form of fraud, manipulation, account hacking, bonus abuse, or money laundering is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Automated Software Prohibition
The use of any bots, automation software, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an advantage in gaming or betting is strictly prohibited. If such software is detected, the account will be immediately suspended and the balance may be forfeited.
Sports Betting Policy
Betting Rules
333ek offers betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and many other sports. The following terms apply to sports betting:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 333ek decides to do so at its discretion in specific circumstances
- If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to 333ek's set policy
- Rules for over/under, handicap, and other markets are detailed on the relevant game page
- In the case of an obvious pricing error, 333ek reserves the right to void the bet
- If a connection is lost during live betting, the bet will be settled based on its status at the moment of disconnection
Opposition to Match Fixing
333ek follows a zero-tolerance policy against match fixing or any attempt to artificially influence the outcome of a game. If such activity is suspected, the account will be immediately closed.
Account Suspension and Closure
Closure by 333ek
333ek may suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:
- Any violation of these terms and conditions
- Registration using false information
- Suspicion of fraud or deception
- Operating multiple accounts
- Abusing bonuses
- Instructions from a government or law enforcement agency
Self-Initiated Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the 333ek support team. Before closing your account:
- Withdraw any remaining balance (subject to meeting wagering requirements)
- Wait for any open bets to be settled
- Re-opening the account after closure may be possible
- Submit a specific request for voluntary self-exclusion
Responsible Gaming Commitments

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly gaming time limits.

Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the 333ek platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, audio, video, and other materials — is protected under the intellectual property rights of 333ek or its licensors.
- No content from 333ek may be used, copied, or distributed without prior written permission
- Limited access to the platform for personal and non-commercial use is permitted
- Unauthorised use of the 333ek brand name or logo is legally prohibited
- The intellectual property of third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and others) is protected by their own respective policies
Limitation of Liability
333ek bears no liability in the following circumstances:
- Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical errors
- Unauthorised access to your account if you have violated the security terms
- Transaction delays caused by a third-party payment provider
- Any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
- Game outcomes that go against personal preferences or expectations
Under no circumstances will 333ek's total liability exceed the real money balance available in your account.

Language & Interpretation
The Bengali version of these terms is the primary document. In the event of any discrepancy in a translation, the Bengali version will prevail. If there is any uncertainty regarding any provision of the terms, 333ek's interpretation will be considered final.
Severability
If any part of this agreement is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. Failure to enforce any condition does not constitute a waiver of that condition.
